Project Manager -Dammam

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong Civil engineering background and solid exposure to MEP works. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating between civil and MEP teams, and ensuring timely delivery in line with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil and MEP aspects of projects from initiation to completion

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for both civil and MEP works

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Prepare and present progress reports to senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction projects, with MEP coordination exposure

Strong knowledge of civil works along with MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)

Proven experience in project management and site supervision

Excellent leadership,  communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC projects is preferred

Saudi Arabia business

Preferred:

MEP background

PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage

Familiarity with international construction standards and practices
