PROJECT MANAGER Needed -Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Delivery:
• Manage end-to-end execution of mechanical and industrial projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Oversee planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, and site operations
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with client standards (Aramco preferred), safety, and quality requirements
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report project status to management

Business Development & Project Acquisition:
• Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities within Saudi Arabia
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Participate in tendering, estimation, and proposal submissions
• Support company growth by expanding project portfolio and revenue streams

Team Building & Recruitment:
• Identify manpower requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Actively recruit and build a strong team including:
o Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil as required)
o Supervisors and site staff
o Skilled and unskilled workforce
• Evaluate candidate capabilities and ensure selection of high-quality, project-ready personnel
• Lead, train, and manage project teams to achieve high performance and productivity

Leadership & Coordination:
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple project sites
• Ensure smooth coordination between engineering, procurement, and site execution teams
• Drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement

Mandatory Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in Project Management
• Proven experience in:
o Project Execution
o Business Development / Client Handling
o Team Building & Recruitment
• Strong knowledge of Saudi market, project workflows, and client expectations
• Experience with Aramco or major clients is highly preferred

• Must be currently in Saudi Arabia
• Valid & Transferable Iqama preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
