Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our maintenance team at the Kingdom Tower Centre. The successful candidates will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of large-scale cooling systems, ensuring high operational efficiency in a premier commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, and VAV systems.
Monitor HVAC control systems and adjust parameters for optimal performance.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in cooling equipment.
Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities and parts used.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (Experience in high-rise or commercial towers preferred).
Technical Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of BMS (Building Management Systems).
Ability to work shifts and respond to emergency call-outs.
