Strong knowledge of healthy cooking, calorie control & nutrition
Experience in salads, grilled items, bowls, low-carb & diet meals
Ability to create new healthy menu items
Good leadership and kitchen management skills
Knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards

Develop healthy and innovative menus
Maintain food quality & consistency
Control food cost & kitchen inventory
Train and manage kitchen staff
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
