Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Plumbing Work
* Installation and maintenance of hot and cold water networks.
* Drainage work and blockage repairs.
* Installation and maintenance of sanitary fixtures (sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters).
* Inspection and repair of leaks and pipe breaks.
* Reading and implementing plumbing plans.
Preventive Maintenance
* Implementing scheduled periodic maintenance for water and drainage systems.
* Inspecting pumps, tanks, and water heaters to ensure their proper functioning.
* Taking preventative measures to avoid future malfunctions.
Safety and Quality
* Adherence to occupational safety procedures during work.
* Ensuring the use of approved materials and equipment.
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the work site after completion.
Coordination and Reporting
* Coordinate with the maintenance team and other departments.
* Submit reports on malfunctions and completed work to the maintenance supervisor.
* Report major malfunctions requiring external intervention.
Qualifications and Experience
* Vocational certificate or diploma in plumbing or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in plumbing work (preferably in buildings).
* Knowledge of water and drainage systems
