Sales Executive – Manpower Supply

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Innovative Development (IDE) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and grow our Manpower Supply business across various industries.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Manpower Supply, Recruitment Services, HR Services, or B2B Sales.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to generate leads and secure new clients.
* Experience in preparing quotations and following up with customers.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Good command of English.
* Valid driving license preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Promote manpower supply and recruitment services.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Meet sales targets and support business growth.
* Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to fulfill client requirements.
* Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups.
