Senior Planning Engineer (Planning, Tendering & Site Follow-up)
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Planning Engineer with a solid professional background to manage our project timelines and commercial bidding processes. This role requires a proactive leader who not only builds the plan but also ensures its execution through rigorous on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities
1. Planning & Site Follow-Up
Schedule Development: Create and manage detailed Level 4 Baseline Schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring all civil and MEP dependencies are clearly defined.

Active Site Coordination: Perform direct daily and weekly follow-ups with site teams to ensure the execution matches the planned schedule.

Progress Auditing: Verify physical progress on-site against reported data to ensure accuracy in the master program.

Recovery Planning: Identify potential delays immediately and collaborate with site managers to implement corrective actions and catch-up schedules.

2. Tendering & Pricing
Bid Management: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial tender packages.

Detailed Estimation: Conduct pricing and cost analysis for materials, labor, and equipment based on current Saudi market rates.

BOQ Verification: Review and refine Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to ensure total scope coverage and competitive unit rates.

3. Performance Reporting
Data Analysis: Maintain S-curves, manpower histograms, and productivity reports.

Stakeholder Updates: Provide the management team with clear, data-driven insights regarding project health and financial status.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

Experience: Strictly 7–20 years in construction planning, with at least 5 years of focused experience in the Saudi Arabian market.

Technical Skills: * Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.

Strong understanding of tendering procedures and contract conditions.

Leadership: Proven ability to influence site teams and hold execution staff accountable to deadlines.

Communication: Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly valued for site and vendor coordination.
