IT / Software Developer -Dammam
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled IT / Software Developer to design and implement a web-based ERP system tailored to our EPC operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming our current Excel/manual processes into a fully integrated digital platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a web-based ERP system for project management
Create modules for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Handover stages
Digitize existing manual and Excel-based workflows
Develop dashboards and reports for project tracking and management
Manage databases and ensure data security and integrity
Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to internal teams
Continuously improve system performance and introduce automation
Requirements:
Proven experience in web application development
Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Experience with ERP or project management systems
Familiarity with EPC workflows is an advantage
Ability to work independently and deliver practical solutions
Preferred Skills:
Experience with frameworks such as React, Node.js, or similar
Knowledge of system integration and API development
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
