🎯 What We Need

A results-driven hunter with solid experience in Land Transportation/Sea / Air Freight sales, specifically:
– Flatbed trucks
– Curtain side trucks
– 10 Ton & 5 Ton trucks
– Dry, ambient, and temperature-controlled transport
– Export / Import Sea / Air Shipments
– FCL / LCL / Break Bulk
– Customs Clearance

If you have experience in logistics sales and can bring new business opportunities, we want to hear from you. Only for people currently in Jeddah with car and valid license.

💼 Your Mission

– Bring new business from Day 1
– Open doors using your existing network and relationships
– Close deals with:
– FMCG companies
– Pharma / cold-chain clients
– Industrial & retail sectors
– Hit and exceed aggressive sales targets
– Work closely with operations to ensure client satisfaction and retention

✅ Strict Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

– Minimum 5+ years in B2B transportation / freight sales
– Proven track record of closing deals consistently
– Strong existing client base / active leads in KSA
– Deep understanding of:
– Trucking types (flatbed, curtain side, etc.)
– Cold-chain logistics
– Highly presentable, confident, and professional
– Strong negotiation and communication skills

Job Application: Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Executive – Logistics

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities (B2B), maintaining client relationships, and promoting our logistics services to meet sales goals and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
 Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and transportation sector.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including shippers, freight forwarders, and corporate accounts.
 Promote the company’s services, including freight transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
 Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
 Negotiate pricing and service agreements to maximize profitability.
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
 Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
 Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
 Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.
 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 Good knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics services.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
 Language: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
 Must possess a valid driver’s license.
 Nationality: (Indian / Pakistani / Egyptian / Jordanian / Palestinian preferred)
