We urgently looking for Procurement Manager

College Degree with Diploma or BS Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Architect with Training Certificate

 5-10 Years Min Experience (with Certificate).

 Fluent Speaking in Arabic, English and other Dialect.

 Preferred with Driver License

 Age, 25-45-years old.

 Should be Engineering Graduate or related Engineering Degree

 Specialized in Managing, Preparing Procurement Plan, Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify and potential suppliers, reviewing technical specs for

components. Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers. Cost & Quality Management: Conduct cost analyses, manage

budgets, and ensure procured items meet quality standards and performance specs. Collaboration: Liaise with engineering, production, and project

management teams. Process Management: Create and manage purchase orders, track shipments, and manage procurement schedules. Risk & Compliance:

Assess procurement risks and ensure adherence to standards and regulations.

 Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, Technical understanding relevant to the

industry, Proficiency with procurement software and MS Office, Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.

 Knowledgeable in preparing Vendor/Supplier Quotation related to Landscape Works, Hardscape, Softscape, Furnitures, Civil, MEP, Irrigation works.

Can understand the Scope of Works, IFC drawings, BOQ, Plan, Detail, Coordinates, Levels. Can determine the changes between the BOQ scope and new

BOQ quantity.

 Experience in sourcing of material either in local/international, negotiates, preparing evaluation and comparison technical materials, equipment and

services for projects, quality and milestone delivery to meet project needs and budgets, working closely with suppliers and internal teams like design and

production to ensure compliance and efficiency. Include technical specification review, supplier vetting, contract negotiation, cost analysis, risk

management and ensuring timely, quality delivery.

 Experience in Civil Paving Hardscape, Softscape, Furnitures, Water Features, Horizontal/Vertical Garden including related to MEP, Sanitary,

Stormwater & Irrigation System. Background experience with O&M Services, Landscape, Construction, Infrastructure, Ground Investigation, Demolition &

Site Clearance, Earthwork and Site Preparation, Road Works, all related civil activities in Potable Water Works, Sewerage Network, Stormwater Network,

Irrigation Pump Station, Telecom Network, Electrical Works, Lighting, Water Supply for Irrigation and Water.

Project Contract Documents, Specification, Standards and Drawings. Preparing Bar Bending Schedule, Checking Steel Work of Slab, Beam, & Column

Before Concreting. Computer knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint & ISO standard.
