We’re Hiring: Operation Supervisor
Are you an organized, results-driven professional with strong leadership skills? We’re looking for an Operation Supervisor to lead daily operations, build strong client relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, resolve issues, and meet client expectations.
• Service Quality: Oversee service delivery, conduct site visits, and coordinate with teams to ensure high standards.
• Customer Retention: Support retention goals through timely communication and dependable service.
• Compliance: Ensure operations meet legal and regulatory requirements, including Ajeer and contract processes.
• Team Supervision: Lead Operation Coordinators and ensure accurate payroll and timesheet submissions.
• Invoicing & Collections: Reduce payroll errors, meet collection targets, and maintain financial accuracy.
• Reporting: Track performance metrics (KPIs) and providing regular reports to management.
• Onboarding & Retention: Manage onboarding of new staff and support employee retention efforts.
• Data Management: Keep accurate employee and client records.
• Flexibility: Take on other tasks to support business needs.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in operations or supervisory roles (preferably in a manpower company)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of payroll, invoicing, and compliance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Comfortable with data and performance reporting
