Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works at mining and construction project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all electrical activities at site in mining and construction projects.

Manage electrical teams, subcontractors, and daily manpower allocation.

Ensure installation of LV/MV systems, panels, cables, motors, transformers, lighting, and grounding systems as per approved drawings and standards.

Monitor work progress to ensure completion within schedule and budget.

Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, site safety rules, and quality standards.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines to resolve site issues.

Prepare daily reports, work progress updates, and material requirements.

Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and propose corrective actions.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant field.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience, preferably in mining plants, industrial, or large construction projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.

Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is preferred.

Duration: 6 months (extendable based on project requirement)
