We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee overall store operations with a strong focus on customer engagement, sales growth, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store functions while ensuring an excellent customer experience and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
– Drive customer engagement and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
– Focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
– Plan and execute in-store marketing and promotional activities
– Manage staff, schedules, and performance
– Maintain store standards, inventory control, and reporting

Requirements:
– Preference will be given to Pakistani candidates
– Valid car and driving license (mandatory)
– Must be able to speak Arabic to handle Baladiya and other related matters
– Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
– Previous experience in the food industry is mandatory
– Strong sales, customer service, and marketing mindset
– Ability to handle complete store operations independently
– Available for immediate joining
