Marketing and selling consulting services in the following areas:
• Management Consulting
• Information Technology (IT) Consulting
• Cost Reduction and Operational Expense Optimization
• Solving administrative and organizational challenges
• Corporate Governance and Compliance
• Development and review of policies and procedures
• Preparation of Authority Matrix (Delegation of Authority)
• Organizational Structuring and Restructuring
• Project Management and PMO establishment and operation
• Review of accounting organization and Chart of Accounts
• Economic Feasibility Studies
• Tender management and vendor selection for technical and operational projects
• Staffing and workforce deployment for projects such as:
• Cleaning services
• Manpower and labor outsourcing
• Operational field projects

Key Responsibilities
• Acquire and develop new clients (companies, entities, and projects)
• Promote and sell consulting services and tailored solutions
• Understand client needs and convert them into sales opportunities
• Coordinate with the consulting team to prepare technical and financial proposals
• Follow up on deals until contract signing
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
