Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong MEP & ELV Sales Engineer to join our contracting team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Low Current (ELV) systems, and Smart Building Solutions, along with a proven sales track record in the Saudi construction and building services market.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across:
o HVAC Systems
o Electrical Systems
o Plumbing Systems
o Fire Protection Systems
o ELV / Low Current Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, Public Address, SMATV, Intercom)
o Smart Home & Building Automation Systems
• Generate leads and convert them into secured projects.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to consultants, contractors, and end clients.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and project teams for accurate pricing and technical compliance.
• Manage full sales cycle from inquiry stage to project award and handover.
• Maintain updated CRM records and sales pipeline forecasts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining agreed profit margins.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
• Attend client meetings, authority inspections, and site visits as required.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of MEP/ELV sales experience in KSA.
• Strong technical knowledge of:
o MEP systems and project lifecycle
o ELV systems and integration
o Smart Home / Building Automation technologies
• Established network with consultants, contractors, and developers in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and CRM systems.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Transferable Iqama preferred.

• Strong understanding of authority approvals and local standards.
• Self-driven with strong relationship-building capabilities.
