Job Description
Position: Safety Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Experience: Previous experience in occupational safety is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
– Implement workplace safety policies and procedures.
– Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
– Investigate accidents and prepare safety reports.
– Provide safety training and awareness for employees.
– Monitor and maintain safety equipment and emergency systems.
Required Skills:
– Good knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
– Professional safety certifications such as NEBOSH or training from Occupational Safety and Health Administration are an advantage.
