Project Manager -Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale infrastructure and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience managing complex IT and transportation-related systems, including tolling and traffic management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver large-scale infrastructure and ITS projects from initiation to closure
Oversee tolling systems, traffic management platforms, and related integrations
Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Manage system integration activities, networking components, and application lifecycle processes
Ensure compliance with SLA requirements and manage vendor performance
Lead change control processes and risk management activities
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and escalation plans
Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and quality metrics
Identify issues proactively and implement corrective actions when needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects
Proven hands-on experience with tolling systems and traffic management solutions
Strong knowledge of system integration, networking, and application lifecycle management
Experience in SLA management, vendor coordination, and change control processes
Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills

Preferred Certifications
PMP (Project Management Professional)
