Job Description

Reviewing Export Letter of Credit draft.
Preparing and Issuing amendment requests to the client.
Reviewing amendments received from the Client.
Preparing L/C documentation/ Shipping documents.
Negotiating and following up with the bank.
Contact company approved forwarders.
Arranging shipment quotations and negotiating with the Forwarder.
Negotiate delivery time and coordinate with operations departments.
Handle, supervise and manage all KSA office custom imports in terms of customs clearance, loading/offloading, managing forwarding companies, approaching KSA authorities for VAT procedures and reimbursements, etc.
Handle tasks and requirements as required by Grade Procurement and Logistics Department in UAE.
Support Client in Clearing, customs etc.
Issuing receipts and delivery orders.
Re-export of Equipment.
Coordinate with Sales and Accounts department.
Knowledge of SABER procedures and Process.
Adequate knowledge of local customs and clearance procedures and coordinating with local agencies in customs clearance formalities and documents.
Good working knowledge on latest Incoterms 2020
Knowledge of local VAT claim procedures and coordinate with Finance Dept. for the same.
Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare shipping documents (like invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and Bill of lading).
Coordinate with our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery and cost.
Managing administrative duties as directed by the supervisor.
Assist in planning logistics for warehouses, transportation, and suppliers.
Filing and storing up-to-date documents.
With Export Letter of Credit experience
Graduate with min 5 years’ experience in handling Logistics in KSA.
Responsible for handling complex shipments by Land/Sea/Air including Arranging transportation from origin to final destination.
Export L/C review and negotiation, proficient in MS Office.
Very Good English and Arabic Communication skills.
Basic accounting knowledge
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent computer literacy with adequate knowledge of MS Word, Excel.
