Job Description
Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and ZATCA regulations.
Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely submission of all financial reports.
Develop management reports providing actionable insights to support executive decisions and reduce compliance risks.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts using data-driven insights.
Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with strategic goals and optimize cost efficiency.
Cash Flow & Capital Planning
Develop and maintain cash flow models to ensure liquidity and support growth initiatives.
Recommend capital allocation strategies balancing investment opportunities and risk management.
Strategic Financial Guidance
Advise leadership on capital expenditure, investments, and financial risk mitigation.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions during economic volatility.
Process Optimization & Internal Controls
Streamline financial processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reporting timelines.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and best practices.
Cost Control & Pricing Strategy
Conduct cost analysis to identify margin improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement pricing models in coordination with commercial teams to ensure profitability.
Audit & Risk Management
Lead internal and external audit processes and ensure smooth coordination with auditors.
Identify potential financial risks and implement effective mitigation controls.
Financial Analysis
Perform variance, trend, ratio, and scenario analysis to evaluate performance and guide decision-making.
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise and mentor finance staff to ensure professional growth, accountability, and high performance.
ERP & Systems Implementation
Lead ERP (Odoo) implementation and system integrations to improve automation and financial reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (required).
CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certification (preferred).
Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Strong exposure to IFRS, ZATCA regulations, VAT, and audit coordination.
