Architectural Engineer -Riyadh

To prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings and technical documentation, ensuring full compliance with contract specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards, while providing technical support to the site execution team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop architectural shop drawings and detailed drawings.

Review IFC drawings and contract documents for constructability and discrepancies.

Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP disciplines.

Prepare quantity take-offs and verify BOQs against approved drawings.

Prepare and submit material submittals, technical submittals, and samples for consultant approval.

Respond to RFIs and prepare technical clarifications when required.

Prepare and review method statements related to architectural works.

Assist in variation orders (VOs) pricing and technical justification.

Track drawing revisions and maintain proper document control.

Support procurement by reviewing material specifications.

Provide technical support to site engineers and resolve architectural issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Technical Office role within contracting companies.

Strong knowledge of construction details and finishing works.

Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).

Good command of Revit and BIM coordination (preferred).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Familiar with project management and document control systems.

Ability to read and interpret specifications and contract documents.
