Accountant -Riyadh

Before Applying, candidate must be FILIPINO and have SAP BUSINESS ONE experience

-Functions to handle AP, AR, CM, HR, and GL
-Well, Organized with timely deliverables
Responsibilities:
-Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
-Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices.
-Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations.
-Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (Balance Sheet, Income statement, etc.)
– Forecasting costs and revenues
-Manage VAT
-Monitor and report accounting discrepancies
-Perform month-end and Year-end close processes
-Record Management: Maintain customer and supplier files, asset and inventory files, PVs, JVs and other accounting records and information, Maintain agreements, contracts and important official documents

Requirements:
– SAP BUSINESS ONE experience is a MUST (non-negotiable)
-BS degree in Accounting or Finance
-Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
-Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
-In depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
-Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
-Time management abilities
-Confidentiality
