Job Vacancy: Fleet Operations Manager

Location: Riyadh – Full Time

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and operate a food-delivery fleet of 60–70 vehicles (motorbikes and cars).

• Supervise drivers daily and ensure all delivery targets are met.

• Mandatory previous experience working with HungerStation and Keeta.

• Recruit, train, and follow up with drivers on a regular basis.

• Improve operational efficiency and reduce daily issues.

• Conduct on-ground field visits across different areas in Riyadh.

• Oversee vehicle maintenance and reduce breakdowns and costs.

• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and overall fleet productivity.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Last Mile / Food Delivery / Aggregators.

• Direct experience with Keeta and HungerStation is required.

• Minimum 2 years of operational experience in Saudi Arabia.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a large field team.

• Hands-on, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Compensation Package

• Monthly Salary: 5,000 – 8,000 SAR (based on experience).

• Monthly commissions based on driver performance, fleet quality, and KPI achievements.

• Monthly performance bonus linked to overall operational results.

• Special rewards (first few months only) for achieving key expansion milestones (increasing fleet size, opening new zones, hitting operational targets).
