Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure our products reach our customers fresh and on time.
In the fast-paced world of food distribution, timing is everything. We need a leader who can manage the chaos, inspire a team, and maintain the highest standards of food safety.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor warehouse staff, including selectors, loaders, and drivers.
Inventory Integrity: Manage real-time inventory tracking, cycle counts, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
Workflow Optimization: Streamline receiving, storage, and dispatch processes to maximize efficiency.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food handling regulations (HACCP/FSMA).
Fleet Coordination: Collaborate with transportation teams to ensure optimal routing and timely deliveries.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 3+ years in warehouse supervision, preferably within the food & beverage or FMCG industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
Cool Under Pressure: The ability to handle peak hours and unexpected logistical hurdles without breaking a sweat.
