Job Description

Position Overview
Our organization is seeking a highly capable Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations within the industrial products sector. We specialize in the trading and distribution of abrasives, cutting and grinding consumables, drilling, and machining tools, finishing accessories, safety items, and related industrial solutions. The ideal candidate will drive market growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with key clients, distributors, and industrial partners.
• Identify new business opportunities within the industrial, manufacturing, and construction sectors.
• Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for senior management

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in industrial products or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of abrasives, cutting tools, machining tools, and safety products is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license; willingness to travel within the Kingdom as required.
• Local Iqamma Transferrable
