About Us
YSG Contracting Company is based in Dammam and has been operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2005. Our core activities include:
Supply, fabrication, and installation of temporary camp facilities (offices, kitchens & mess halls, toilet blocks, masjid, recreation rooms, clinics, gyms, guard rooms, restrooms, etc.)
Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Maintenance Services, including CMEP site development works
Supply, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems (AC units, package units, freezers, chillers, etc.)
Supply, fabrication, modification, and installation of steel structures and warehouses
Waterproofing services for floors and roofs
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to expand our business across the Drilling, EPC, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, EPC, and Industrial sectors
Promote company services, including industrial support services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors across Saudi Arabia
Prepare and deliver professional company and service presentations
Conduct market research to identify new projects, upcoming tenders, and potential clients
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development within Industrial, Oil & Gas, or EPC sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of the Saudi market, contractors, and vendor registration processes
Valid Saudi driving license (preferred)
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
