HVAC Technician – Job Vacancy – Dammam
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician with a strong background in industrial maintenance. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of hands-on experience and a solid understanding of ARAMCO standards and field procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine and corrective maintenance on chillers, package units, AHUs, ventilation fans, and split systems.
Inspect and clean coils, ducts, filters, and heat exchangers to keep equipment in good operating condition.
Check refrigerant levels, compressor health, thermostats, and safety controls.
Respond to temperature-related issues in production and storage areas.
Maintain compressed air and cooling water systems used in plant utilities.
Troubleshoot system failures and provide quick solutions during emergencies.
Ensure proper documentation of field work, materials, and inspections.
Requirements
5+ years of HVAC maintenance experience in industrial or oil and gas facilities.
Strong understanding of HVAC troubleshooting and refrigeration cycles.
Familiar with ARAMCO safety rules, work permit systems, and job hazard analysis.
Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
