Job Description

Client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to develop new business and manage client relationships for catering,
accommodation, housing, and camp services. The role includes post-contract customer follow-up, ensuring smooth coordination related to payments, invoicing, and service continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

> Identify and generate new business opportunities for catering, accommodation,
housing, and camp management services.
> Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and
project-based clients.
> Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
> Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with
operations and finance teams.
> Follow up with customers after contract signing, including:
o Payment schedules and collections coordination
o Invoice follow-up with finance department
o Contract compliance and service scope clarification
> Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure service
delivery standards are met.
> Conduct client meetings, site visits, and sales presentations.
> Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records using CRM or internal
tracking tools.
> Support contract renewals, upselling, and additional service opportunities.
> Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications
> Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality
Management, or a related field (preferred).
> Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in catering, hospitality, facilities
management, accommodation, or B2B services.
> Proven ability to close sales and manage client accounts.
> Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
> Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
> Valid driving license (preferred).
Language Requirements
> English: Mandatory (spoken and written)
> Arabic: Advantage / Plus
