Job Vacancy –Lead Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operational activities across fabrication, mechanical, and electrical departments.

• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

• Optimize workflow, improve operational efficiency, and reduce downtime.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Analyze operational data and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.

• Provide technical guidance to supervisors, technicians, and production teams.

• Support process improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen) and implement best practices.

• Oversee equipment readiness, preventive maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting activities.

• Monitor resource utilization and contribute to cost-control strategies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in industrial operations, fabrication, or mechanical/electrical production environments.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production workflows.

• Experience in improving operations and implementing performance KPIs.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP systems.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of quality systems (ISO 9001) and safety guidelines (HSE).

Preferred Skills:

• Lean Six Sigma knowledge

• Experience in fabrication/welding processes

• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
