Business Development Manager

Location
Saudi Arabia (Eastern Province)

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the Saudi business environment, particularly in catering, facilities management, camp services, or industrial services.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients, contractors, and project owners
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Procurement, Operations, Project Directors)
Prepare and deliver company presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and scope of services
Support bid submissions, RFQs, and tenders in coordination with internal teams

Market & Client Management
Conduct market research to identify new sectors, projects, and competitors
Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and client requirements
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients before and after contract award
Support contract handover to operations teams to ensure smooth mobilization

Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams
Prepare regular sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports
Maintain accurate CRM records and client databases

Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in:
Catering & Food Services
Facilities Management
Camp / Manpower / Industrial Services
Strong understanding of Saudi business culture and client expectations
Fluent in English (Arabic highly preferred)

Preferred
Existing client network in Saudi Arabia
Experience dealing with Aramco, EPC contractors, or large project clients
Valid Saudi residency (Iqama) or transferable sponsorship
Ability to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia

Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong presentation and proposal-writing ability
Commercial awareness and financial understanding
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
Ability to work independently and under pressure
