Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Transport Supervisor to join our growing team in Riyadh. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day fleet operations, managing the dispatcher team, and ensuring smooth, safe, and cost-effective transport activities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the dispatch team.

Plan, monitor, and optimize vehicle schedules and routes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Handle breakdowns, delays, and operational issues effectively.

Maintain communication between drivers, dispatchers, and operations management.

Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and trip efficiency.

Prepare and review operational reports and ensure timely documentation.

Support operations team in meeting customer deadlines and service quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transport/logistics supervision.

Strong knowledge of fleet operations, routing, and dispatching.

Leadership and team management skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.

Good communication skills (Arabic/English preferred).

Familiarity with transport documentation and reporting.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: 4,000 SAR
