TIAC Systems O&M Engineer
Job Description
SUMMARY
We are seeking for an Operation & Maintenance Engineer with hands on experience to attend, rectify & repair/replace, maintain, run, operate and provide the necessary technical support for (TIAC) Ammonia Refrigeration equipment/systems.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overall responsibility and accountability for the supervision and execution of the site operation, maintenance and engineering activities, including client management and supervision.
• Evaluating energy consumption and making recommendations for improvements to energy efficiency.
• Effectively plan, investigate and carry out fault diagnosis, maintenance and technical information and data, maintenance and repair requirements concerning the following systems
(Refrigerant compression system/chillers (screw/centrifuge), Refrigeration & lube oil system instrumentations & controls, Refrigeration & lube oil system safety devices, Lube oil system,
Refrigerant vessels (HP & LP), Refrigerant pumps, Economizer system, Refrigerant expansion system, Evaporator plate heat exchangers, Defrosting system, Control system for compressors/chillers and evaporator, Refrigeration system electric power supply,
Compressors/chillers and lube oil pumps motors and other devices related to refrigeration system and lube oil system including the condenser and lube oil fans & motors). • To perform
TIAC System/equipment Start up activities.
• Daily plant operation and inspection of equipment, Follow up of TIAC system during daily operation and monitoring the equipment behavior.
• Daily co-ordination with CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE for operation and Maintenance issues
• Ensuring that the TIAC System are maintained in line with OEM recommendations.
• To perform audit on all TIAC system & its components and collect data and perform periodic evaluation and monitor all log books and manage all change processes and resolve all issues
• To review of the state of the System & plant.
• To perform Refrigerant charge control.
• To perform Level control and fluid analysis.
• To perform Vacuum Dehydration of Refrigerant System.
• To Perform Charging of Lube Oil & Refrigerant
Human Resources Division
Job Description
• To perform Leak Test of refrigeration system, Control-Air Piping (where applicable), Water/Coolant Piping Etc.
• Maintain and perform repairs on all refrigeration equipment and perform troubleshoots on all HVAC equipment and perform repairs all coolers.
• Supervise the work of technicians and other personnel involved in the operation & maintenance works
• Provide technical advice and mentorship to the project team
• Supporting for the planning and execution of the Outage Management process at site.
• Ensure the plant is operated and maintained in line with the Safety Standard & Regulations.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience:
• Minimum 10 years professional experience in this filed.
• Excellent project management, leadership and influence skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
