Technical Tendering Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Technical Tendering Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and tender requirements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with tender requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors for technical and commercial offers.
Perform cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and risk analysis.
Attend pre-bid meetings and provide clarification responses.
Ensure timely submission of tenders as per deadlines.
Support project handover to execution team after award.
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related field).
Minimum 7 years of experience in tendering/estimation within construction or contracting companies.
Strong knowledge of technical standards and tender procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
