Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor with Aramco approval and a minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in scaffolding supervision within industrial or offshore projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising scaffolding activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project standards in line with Saudi Aramco procedures.Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures as per project requirements and Aramco standards.
Ensure all scaffolding work is carried out in accordance with Saudi Aramco General Instructions (GIs), safety regulations, and company procedures.
Inspect scaffolding materials and structures to confirm stability, strength, and compliance before use.
Prepare scaffolding inspection tags and maintain detailed reports/documentation.
Coordinate daily work plans with construction and safety teams.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for scaffolding crews.
Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions to prevent accidents or unsafe conditions.
Ensure all scaffolders are properly trained and certified for their respective tasks.
Liaise with project engineers, safety officers, and site management for work progress and safety updates.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
Aramco Approved Scaffolding Supervisor Certificate (Valid).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in scaffolding supervision (preferably in offshore or industrial projects).
Strong knowledge of scaffolding types, load calculations, and safety procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in compliance with site regulations.
