Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our FMCG distribution team. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands field sales, knows how to build strong customer relationships, and has the drive to achieve and exceed targets. Candidates with Gulf experience will be given preference.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for growing our customer base and ensuring smooth sales operations across supermarkets, retailers, wholesalers, catering companies, and more. From collecting orders and managing payments to tracking competitor activity, you’ll play an important role in strengthening our market presence and delivering excellent customer service.
What you’ll do
Collect orders from key accounts including supermarkets, retailers, wholesalers, and catering companies
Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring timely follow-ups
Monitor and follow up on payments and collections
Keep track of competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends to provide valuable insights
Explore and secure new business opportunities to expand distribution reach
Deliver outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for
At least 5 years of experience as a field sales executive, preferably in FMCG distribution
Gulf region experience strongly preferred
Degree in any discipline (can be relaxed for highly experienced candidates)
Strong English communication skills; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
A valid GCC driving license (mandatory)
Self-driven, results-oriented, and confident working independently in the field
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills A professional and supportive work environment
