Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic and driven Civil Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. About the Role:

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in connecting technical expertise with business growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing solutions that meet the unique needs of customers in the construction, infrastructure, MEP, renovation, and fit-out industries. This is a dynamic role that combines technical understanding with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Develop New Business: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new clients and projects in the civil and infrastructure sectors — including contractors, consultants, developers, government entities, and clients in retail (automotive, fashion, and food sectors).

Provide Technical Expertise: Conduct technical meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions that meet engineering and commercial needs.

Manage the Sales Cycle: Prepare accurate and competitive technical–commercial proposals, handle tender submissions, negotiate contract terms, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Build Strong Relationships: Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects across the KSA construction and infrastructure industry to identify new opportunities.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project updates, and sales activities using CRM tools, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.What We’re Looking For:

 

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).

2–5+ years of proven sales experience in construction, infrastructure, renovation, or fit-out projects within KSA.

Strong understanding of technical drawings, proposals, and tendering processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

A valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel regularly across assigned regions.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualities:

 

Hands-on technical knowledge in civil and MEP systems.

Familiarity with KSA local market conditions, government tenders, and procurement regulations.

Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
