Operations Manager (Empanada Concept)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Empanada Concept Style and knowledge of and ability to employ effective strategies that motivate and guide the team within the business to achieve optimum results.
• Male, any Nationality with related experience in Empanada Operations, can join immediately
• Identifies areas of improvement and implement new systems and processes to streamline operations.
• Manages and motivate staff, reducing turnover rates and ensuring a high level of customer service at any given time
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
• Proficiency in restaurant software and technology, as well as an understanding of financial and inventory management.
• Passion for “empanada” and establishing customer retention
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
