Job Description
We are looking for a Filipino Female Office Secretary to join our team immediately.
Requirements:
– Strong communication skills in English
– Previous experience as Admin / Secretary
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
– Must have transferable Iqama
– Can join immediately
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
– Prepare, organize, and file documents efficiently
– Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
– Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
– Provide support to management and other departments as needed
– Maintain confidentiality of company information
