About the Role:

We are hiring a Mechanical Sales Engineer specializing in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems (HVAC-R).to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC-R systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

This dynamic role involves Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting with consultants and securing project approvals

• Building strong relationships with customers and contractors

• Promoting technical solutions and supporting sales of HVAC-R products and systems

• Conduct regular visits to consultants and MEP contractors to promote company solutions

• Handle project approvals, technical submissions, and product presentations

• Meet with customers to understand requirements and provide HVAC-R solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documents

• Design and optimize air conditioning and refrigeration systems

• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation

• Supervise installation and commissioning of HVAC-R equipment

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Specialization or experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

• Proven knowledge of HVAC design principles and standards

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software (preferred)

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
