Marketing Manager

We are leading industrial company, seeking for experience Marketing Manager to join our factory in Dammam -Saudi Arabia.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, communicates, and executes the strategic marketing plan for the Lubricants Division.

• Plans and coordinates marketing activities.

• Builds strategic relationships and partners with oil and gas companies

• Prepares and monitors the budget monthly.

• Forecasts market trends.

• Oversees and approves various marketing material.

• Manages the marketing department social media forums.

• Measures and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and assesses against goals.

• Analyses consumer behavior and modifies marketing strategies as needed.

• Organizes company events, trade shows, etc.

• Evaluates competitors and their activities.

• Monitors the effectiveness of marketing strategies

• Any other duties assigned at Management’s discretion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or master degree in Marketing or Business Administration

• A minimum of (15) years of experience in a similar position inside Saudi Arabia

• Well known of Saudi market with regard marketing of Grease, Lubricants (Automative oil), Specialty Chemicals, wash oil, cutting oil, thinner, etc. besides acetone, cumene, phenol and ethylene glycol.

• Have Saudi Arabia experience in marketing of lubricants, grease, specialty chemicals

• Highly skilled in aligning goals with strategic direction

• Strategic thinking

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written

• Ability to drive organizational climate/culture, Knowledge of financial management

• The ability to lead and motivate others

• The ability to analyze data

• Team oriented

• The ability to think creatively and innovatively

• Budget Management skills

• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in marketing.
