Lead Mechanical & Piping Work Planning Engineer (Oil & Gas)

We are urgently looking for an experienced Lead Mechanical & Piping Work Planning Engineer to join our team in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and implement the full scope of site execution for mechanical and piping works.

Develop and monitor construction schedules and resource plans based on site requirements.

Lead and coordinate with execution teams to ensure smooth and timely progress of work.

Perform site analysis and adjust planning based on construction progress and constraints.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

At least 5 years of experience in the Gulf region is a must.

Proven experience in planning and executing mechanical and piping works on construction sites.

Strong knowledge of site construction methodologies, resource planning, and project control.

Ability to both plan and personally manage site execution effectively.
