Overview:
A skilled Lead IT System Analyst – SuccessFactors Consultant to design, configure, and
optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions that align with organizational HR strategies. The role
requires deep expertise in multiple SuccessFactors modules and the ability to translate complex
HR processes into scalable, compliant system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze HR processes and translate business requirements into effective SAP SuccessFactors
solutions.
• Configure and implement modules such as Employee Central, Performance &
Goals, Learning Management, Compensation, and others.
• Customize workflows, data models, and business rules to align with organizational
goals and compliance requirements.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and validation across SuccessFactors modules.
• Ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other internal and external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain smooth HR operations and enhance user
satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Maintain accurate and updated documentation for system changes, enhancements, and
configurations.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and project management teams to gather requirements and
deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with proven expertise in multiple modules.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance frameworks, and data governance.
• Hands-on experience in system integration with third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
