Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Junior IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will assist in resolving day-to-day technical issues, support end-users, and help maintain IT systems and infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Provide basic support to users via phone, email, remote desktop, or in-person.

Help install and configure computer systems, printers, and basic applications.

Support the setup and maintenance of POS systems and office devices.

Manage user accounts and access permissions under supervision.

Monitor systems and report any irregularities or potential issues.

Maintain documentation of support issues and solutions.

Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement updates or changes.

Learn and assist with ERP systems and business workflows.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1 year of hands-on IT support experience or internship/training in a similar role.

Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

Familiarity with networking basics (IP address, Wi-Fi setup, etc.).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Eagerness to learn and grow within an IT support role.

Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.

Basic understanding of helpdesk or ticketing systems is a plus.

Exposure to ERP systems or POS hardware is an advantage but not required.
