Hiring: Technical Engineer (Arab Nationals Only) – NWC Rehabilitation Project
Job Description
Arkan Al-Afdal Contracting Company is seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Engineer to support the execution of our prestigious building maintenance and rehabilitation project for the National Water Company (NWC).
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site technical activities.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and documents to ensure compliance with NWC standards.
• Prepare method statements, material submittals, and technical reports as required.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets project specifications.
• Monitor and report on project progress, resources, and any technical issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in building maintenance, rehabilitation, or construction.
• Experience working on NWC or similar government projects is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and Saudi building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
