Estimation Engineer Required in Saudi

Job Title: Estimation Engineer (Aramco & Petrochemical Projects)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer with at least 5 years of proven expertise in Aramco and petrochemical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, tendering, and proposal preparation for industrial, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects. This role requires technical knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while adhering to client and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for Aramco and petrochemical projects.

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to develop accurate cost breakdowns.

• Review RFQs, RFPs, and technical documents to ensure compliance with Aramco standards.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

• Support bid proposals and presentations to clients.

• Track cost data and prepare post-bid clarifications and value engineering options.

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for accurate cost forecasting.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Aramco procedures, Saudi market rates, and petrochemical project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation within Aramco and petrochemical projects.

• Strong knowledge of Aramco standards, procedures, and contract requirements.

• Proficiency in estimation software, MS Excel, and related engineering tools.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred

• Previous Aramco approval or experience working with EPC contractors.

• Experience in both brownfield and greenfield petrochemical projects.

• Familiarity with SAP/Primavera or other project management systems.
