Estimation Engineer Required in Saudi
Job Description
Prepare Cost Estimates: Develop detailed cost estimates for multiple electrical panel manufacturing projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
Coordinate with Project Managers: Work closely with project managers to ensure precise and timely cost estimations.
Analyze Specifications and Drawings: Review electrical schematics, technical drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Budget Management: Ensure cost estimation aligns with budget constraints across various panel manufacturing projects.
Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices for electrical components, raw materials, and services.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential cost risks, such as material price fluctuations, and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of all cost estimates, including assumptions, methodologies, and supporting documentation.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide clear, detailed cost estimates.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on component costs, labor rates, and other manufacturing-related expenses.
Continuous Improvement: Enhance estimation processes and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency in cost calculations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in cost estimation, preferably in electrical panel manufacturing, switchgear, or related industries.
Graduate of Electrical Engineering
Expertise: Proven skills in preparing detailed cost estimates and managing budget constraints in manufacturing.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical components, project specifications, and cost estimation methodologies.
Skills: Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
