Estimation Engineer | Khobar, Saudi Arabia

We’re seeking a talented and experienced E&I Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll develop detailed, accurate cost estimates for industrial projects and support the full bid-to-award cycle—helping us price confidently, win work, and deliver on budget.

What You’ll Do

Analyze project plans, specs, and BOQs to produce comprehensive cost estimates for E&I scopes

Review and interpret drawings/schematics; coordinate interfaces with mechanical, civil, and other disciplines

Build estimates using estimation software, with clear assumptions, exclusions, and clarifications

Develop MTOs, select materials, and prepare equipment/manpower mobilization & demobilization plans, schedules, and execution strategies

Prepare and submit technical-commercial bid proposals for E&I projects; support contract negotiations and scope finalization

Engage vendors/subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and lead-times; maintain price databases

Perform risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies; track and report cost exposures

Collaborate with engineering and project management to align scope, schedule, and budget

Support project execution to ensure adherence to estimated costs; monitor progress and deviations, and issue updates

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineering

5+ years of E&I estimation experience on Saudi industrial projects (oil & gas, power, shutdowns)

Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and components relevant to E&I interfaces

Familiarity with ARAMCO / SEC / SABIC standards and local regulations

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software

Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills; meticulous attention to detail

Clear written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in parallel
