Electrical Motor LV/HV Technician (Rewinder)

QAZ International Co., a leading provider of electro-mechanical services in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the following position:

Position: Electrical Motor LV/HV Technician (Rewinder)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out dismantling, inspection, fault diagnosis, and repair of LV & HV electric motors and generators (AC/DC).

• Perform coil removal, insertion, wedging, lacing, varnishing, baking, and final assembly of motors.

• Conduct electrical testing such as IR, PI, Tan Delta, Surge, and Hi-Pot tests.

• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.

• Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC/IEEE/NEMA) and company safety procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical certification.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in an electrical motor rewinding and repair workshop.

• Experience with HV/LV motors, generators, alternators, and related rotating equipment.

• Knowledge of EASA, IEC, IEEE, and ISO standards (preferred).

• GCC or OEM experience will be an added advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong knowledge of AC induction and synchronous motors.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and winding data sheets.

• Proficiency in diagnostic and testing equipment.

• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
