Control Design Engineer (Power Transformer

Design of Control and protection for Power Transformers and familiar with transformer protection systems and accessories. Responsible for producing schematic control drawing for transformer control cubicle, remote-control panel and tap changer. Preparation of customer technical submittals including review of customer specifications. Deciding the control panel sizing, component selection & terminal wiring control panel general arrangement. Electrical circuit design of transformers with condition monitoring system and different LTC Scheme, i.e. MR, ABB. Communication with Sales, Purchase, Production, Quality Assurance departments, Suppliers & Customers.

Minimum 7 years’ experience in Transformer Design/Control Department of any Transformer Manufacturing company. Work experience of Transformer Control as per IEC & ANSI standards. Work experience in Design Control & Protection for Power Transformers and familiar with Transformer Protection Systems, Condition monitoring system, LTC Scheme, Transformer Control Cubicle and RTCC.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, EPLAN, E3 or any other control design software and MS Windows. Awareness of Quality Management System, Environmental Management System Policies & Standards ISO 14001 & 9001. Awareness of Safety & Procedures. Good communication & supervision skills
