Civil Sales Engineer Required in Saudi
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical expertise and commercial strategy, focusing on:
Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business in the Civil/Construction market (contractors, consultants, developers, Retail sectors – Automobile -Fashion & food -government entities).
• Technical Consultation: Conduct technical presentations, manage and interpret client requirements, and provide tailored solutions demonstrating how our products/services best meet their civil engineering needs.
Sales Cycle Management: Prepare accurate and competitive technical-commercial proposals, negotiate tender and contract terms, and successfully close sales deals to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish, maintain, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Market Analysis: Keep management informed on market trends, competitor activities, and project pipeline in the KSA construction and infrastructure sector.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client contacts and sales activity in the CRM system and prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
2-5+ years of demonstrable sales experience within the KSA construction, infrastructure, construction -Renovation -Retail industry.
• Valid KSA Driving License and willingness to travel extensively across designated regions in Saudi Arabia.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong plus).
Highly Desirable Skills
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with KSA local market conditions, government tenders, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
