What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare and serve delicious coffee, espresso, and other beverages with care and consistency.

Welcome every customer with a smile, making them feel comfortable and valued.

Keep the café clean, organized, and inviting — from the counter to the coffee machine.

Learn about our coffee beans, brewing methods, and products so you can confidently recommend drinks to customers.

Work closely with your team to keep things running smoothly, especially during busy hours.

Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards to make sure every cup meets our high standards.

What We’re Looking For

Some experience as a Barista is great — but if you’re passionate and eager to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

A positive, customer-first attitude — you genuinely enjoy serving people and making their day better.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

The ability to stay calm, focused, and friendly even when it gets busy.
